Unable to start robot execution from system tray

Hi Team,

I have a process published on my system. But, when i try to start the execution from the system tray icon of the UiRobot.
I get an error saying unable to start execution.

Hey, Did you check if the robot is already being used for another process?
Is the error only occurring when you start the robot from system tray ?
Some common troubleshooting steps are to.

  1. Restart the service/system
  2. Reconnect to the orchestrator, make sure the robot is not being used by another process.
