Hi Guys. I am trying to run an unattended robot.
I have the UiPath robot running and on orchestrator it says it is connected but when i try to run an automation from orchestrator it says:
Reason: ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE=ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE=0x0000052E : The user name or password is incorrect.
The username and password provided in your users menu is wrong …please check
Tenant → manage access → edit user → on 3rd page it would ask for username ans password

When i set up the robot initially it asked for username and password and i did enter it so why when i went to manage access was it not there?
Not aure where you entered it…is it when you connected robot? If yes then it would not save

i went to tenant → robots and then chose add unattended setup and during the robot creation it asked for username and password
May be it did not save or may be values procided are wrong not sure
May be that initially it uses the machine creds…so may be might not be saved
