Unable to Publish a Bot to Orchestrator

Whenever I am trying to publish my bot I facing this issue. Please provide guidance on this.

Check the connection
Check is your studio is connected to orchestrator
If status is not green
Log out and login once and see

Check if your project have main.xaml. Check in Project.json also.

project.json should have main like this.
