Unable to preserve date format

I have data of dates in excel in the below format.

when I am trying to read Excel and write it to another excel, the Date format is getting changed to below format.

When I am trying to use preserve format, the data format is not good as well.

can anyone suggest on how to get the date with same text or at least any in any dateformat .

May I know if you meant in the main excel which has dates data? These are the input files which bot file has to read everytime so the files keeps on changing.
or the text format in the excel where it is writing. I am not sure on how to use text format in Excel. Please let me know
