Excel Read - Date Format Issue

Hi ,

I am trying to read an excel column which is date, the value is not read properly. This is the date field

1.) when I “Preserve Format” – I am getting [$-148440519]d mmmm yyyy
2.) Disable “Preserve Format” – 44051

This is the code I am using

Also Attached excel input for your reference. Please share your ideas on how to fix this issue

My issues is about reading value from the excel, I didn’t find any points suitable for me to overcome this issues
