@SAMANTA_COTTACKAL1

What kind of a file are you using? And what is the activity? Is it clear sheet ? And are you trying on a csv file?

Cheers

Hi @Anil_G ,

The bot downloads a csv file from the portal to the local repo as csv- renames it as Portal Extract and moves it to Google drive as google sheet

Later , it creates a new sheet named Enhanced Portal Extract in the above file itself where it copies the data from Portal extract sheet + adds few new columns to the new sheet.

@SAMANTA_COTTACKAL1

can you please tell on what exact activity it is failign as well

and can you please open the exception details from locals panel and show here

cheers

@Anil_G ,

the logs attached here were from production run

@SAMANTA_COTTACKAL1

May I know what range in passed in gsuite clear range…I guess you are trying to get the range from somewhere and pass it…and looks like may be the range passed is wrong…try to use a log message and rerun the same again so that you can see the range

cheers
