I’m getting “Email/Password Combo is incorrect” error when I try to login to ACME.
I am using the same email id that I used to login to UI Path academy.
When I tried to use “Forgot Password” in ACME, I got notification saying “The confirmation code has been sent to the email id” but I never received it.
@Kartik_Ramakrishnan Did you register with same mail id in ACME also? If Yes check spam folder also once.
@Manjuts90 Yes I register with same email id in ACME and also I checked in the spam folder. I did not receive any code.
@Kartik_Ramakrishnan Did you make it work?
If not, try registering again and see if it helps.
When I tried to register again, I got this notification saying “For this email address, a user account already exists!”
Can you raise a support request describing your issue ?
I have already raised a support request for this issue. and ticket # is 102217. There is no update still from support team as well.
