Unable to Login my UI path account

Hi,

I am unable to reset my password, when I tried to do that its showing like this

I created a new account on 12-Apr-2019 from personal Emaill ID also, but when I tried to login unfortunately I am getting error in that account also. Its showing that : Your new account is currently being reviewed by the platform Admin. Please try again later. Its been 4 days now still I am getting this message.

Kindly help me with this.

Hi Sharmila,

I think, you are directly login from UI path home page login. You will receive a mail from UI path team, there you have click for login.
