Unable to load Packages

Hi Team,

What would be the reason that packages in Official , MarketPlace and Nuget.Org appear when opened Studio inside AWS workspace and disappear when opened outside AWS workspace and gives the error as "Package source Offical has encountered the following error: Unable to load the service index for source ".

Could you please help in letting know what could be the reason?

There might be firewall blocks check the ports and urls

It’s your network restrictions. Get UiPath endpoints for packages whitelisted and you should be good.
