Unable to install Studio 23.10.3

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to install the 23.10.3 but I have this error message :

I’ve nothing installed on my computer, nothing in task management running, nor in services so I don’t understand the message.

(We found at least one UiPath Studio/de Robot scheduled task: “UiPath RobotJS”. Please remove it, as it may interfere with the current installation.)

Any idea to resolve this issue ?

Stop the service UiPath Robot and then try.

Looks like UiPath robot is installed…check the same…also better to check
In controls panel → programs and features and uninstall all uipth related

UiPathRobotJS prevents from installation of Studio

Follow this steps 1 . Manually Remove Scheduled Task: a. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog. b. Type taskschd.msc and press Enter to open the Windows Task Scheduler. Or open from search in laptop c. In the Task Scheduler, navigate to the Task Scheduler Library on the left pane. d. Look for the “UipathRobotJS” task in the list of tasks. It’s a known issue that we addressed in the newer versions. To solve this, if it occurs just open the Task Scheduler and remove everything whose name starts with “UiPath”.
