Unable to get the check box value using the Anchor Base Activity

Hie Devs…i am facing a challenge below

Im having a pdf document the one i have attached below.I want to select which package is ticked on that pdf document.The challenge is im using the anchor base activity and im succeding with using the Find Element on the pdf and i selected one checked box but when im using the Get text activity it hightlights the whole document.
