Unable to Execute Automations on UIPath Studio on Windows 10 Enterprise

Issue -
As soon as we run the automation through Run or Debug; we get this error -

Access is denied

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Access is denied
at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()
at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at UiPath.Models.ServiceFactory.StartService()
at UiPath.Models.UiPathDuplexProxy.FaultTolerantProxy.CheckAvailability()
at UiPath.Models.UiPathDuplexProxy.GetRobotConnectionStatus()
at UiPath.Studio.Plugin.Workflow.Services.RobotStudioBridge.Execute(WorkflowDocument document, Boolean isDebugging)

Note- issue is seen on 2 laptops, which have been recently upgraded to Windows 10 Enterprise; and 18.3 UIPath Studio.
