Unable to end default service in orchestrator

Unable to select a service in orchestrator. It has been in “provisioning” state since more than a month. Please suggest how can I end it.
Due to this, I am unable to even add a new service.

Is it possible for you to delete the service first and then add a new one?
Community Account has only 1 service available in general, which would block you from adding more than one.
