I am trying to create a new Service in Orchestrator as I accidentally removed the automatically created Service that was on the account. When I attempt to create said new Service, it will show as “Provisioning”, but will not progress any further. I’m not receiving any error messages, it simply remains static.
If I refresh the page or the table, the request disappears, with no record of the attempted setup showing in the Action Log. What can I do to fix this from happening? I tried to log this via the Tech Support form but it rejected the link to the Orchestrator Page so I couldn’t actually submit the request.
