Unable to edit package version in template

I have a problem.
I created template to Test Automation. The problem is, when my team members are publishing test cases, they are unable to edit package version. How can I change it in template settings?
Is there any way to change it?

Are you ppl connected to the same orchestrator? or different?

You can use version controls like GitHub!

All of us are using same Orchestrator.
GIT is not a solution - request is not my, but others team members…
