Unable to download attachment from the outlook email

Hi, I am trying to save an attachment using save attachment activity from outlook. I have tried to diagnose this problem by changing the configuration (checking/ unchecking unread messages, altering ‘top’ for reading the number of emails) but nothing works.

I also went through the UiPath Community forum to check if others have faced similar problem too and if there is any quick however, it seems UiPath has not been able to address this issue yet.

Please, can anybody advice?

Based on subject " XXXXXYYYYY",i want to read all the emails and i want to download all the attachments from the emails and want to store in a folder, where i want to create a folder dynamically. I went through the solution posted on the forum but the problem still persists. I have added two activities namely ‘Path exists’ and ‘Create Directory’ before ‘save attachment’ activity.

there is something wrong with the way your outlook account is set.
the activity can t find the Inbox folder for that account…
can you double check in Outlook?

we don`t have any known issues related to this activity so its probably an environemental cause.
our robot might not have access to that account

actually my self also faced the same issue , the output email count was getting by get outlook mail messages , i want to save excel files but the mistake i did was in filter option of save attachements i placed “.xslx” instead of “.xlsx” but the error message you posted clearly says there is no folder so check whether a folder is there or not
