Unable to do the recording with click image

I am doing recording with click image option with the application “frmAnyteller” bt I am unable to do so
I am unable to click the options

Does the screen belongs to the browser @Jyotsnarani or is it a different application?

If it is related to browser, try after installing the extension of that browser or if it is a different application, try installing the JAVA pluggin
