Unable to create new roles with mixed permission

Hi Team,

I am using orchestrator v2021.10.x and recently had created a new tenant. But I am unable to create a new role with mixed role type. Can someone assist why I am not getting the option?

Forgot to mention, I am using Classic folder of UiPath orchestrator. I am able to create new roles as Tenant and folder level separately. I am not able to create mixed role like ‘Robot’ role.
