i am unable to create Cloud VM on my UiPath cloud account

Are you an admin in this account?

In that case, you should be able to do so.

Are you on enterprise version? Which version?

If you are in enterprise version, best would be to raise support ticket with UiPath and they should be able to help you.

i keep getting this error “This pool cannot be scaled”

If anyone on the pro trial can try it and let me know if you where able to able to create a Cloud Robot VM i just signed up for the pro trial this will be my first time using it

In this screen Select Manual instead of Automatic and try
