We are new to UiPath and created a enterprise trail and when we are trying to test different services we tried to create the VM and click on finish, it’s showing error This pool cannot be scale can anyone help is this a genric error or we are not allowed to created that under the trail version?
I had the License of Standard trail plan
As long as you have the required amount of infrastructure units or robot units you should be able to create a vm.
Can you share what you selected on vm & runtime details?

for a low machine or small it would consume around 6k units and as you change it the units increase…also if you have selected add machines as needed or users as needed then it might not be possible because of number of units available on trail

There are all outdated information, can you please check with the new version of the Orchestrator, I had the same issue
As per the image above I have the Standard Trail Plan and I have Platform units of 8k
Tried to create the VM as it is showing 2200 Platform Units/Month and I have 8K Platform units, still the error This pool cannot be scaled is appearing
I believe UiPath has to provide some more context if it is not allowed to create the VM’s with this type of licenses, or some meaningful error message, instead of this generic message
