Unable to connect to FTP using FTP/SFTP scope

Hi,

Thanks in advance.

I’m unable to connect to FTP using FTP scope. I have provided all the details such as username, host, password etc. It’s giving me a timeout error while using FTP scope activity. Whereas while using SFTP scope (Under SFTP.activities package) by Ashley, I’m not facing the timeout issue but it’s throwing me the below “Method not found” error.

Can anyone help to resolve the issue?

Would it be possible for you to share the default configuration for this server via a working, third-party tool? This would help us investigate the issue.
