when I use Port 22, for SFTP

It is indeed the latest one. Could you please verify that there is no network issues on the way to the server (=that it works with another tool).

Check if the Port 22 you are trying to connect through is open and available to connect.

using 22 port same issue facing , telnet is happing with port 443 but facing same issue
