Unable to add queues to my app

Hello UiPath Community, I hope you all had incredible celebrations for both Christmas and the New Year.

Starting fresh and already with new questions, this time regarding UiPath Apps. Straight to the point, I want to add queues to my app, but for some reason, the queues that I have listed in my folder inside my tenant don’t appear as options when adding queues to my app resources. As you can see, the first image shows the queues that are in my folder ‘Workspace,’ and the same folder in Apps, for some reason, appears as if there are no queues inside of it.

When you are creating the queues for the UiPath apps, you have to upload the Json schema while creating the queue in the Orchestrator. Then those queues will show in the UiPath apps.

Check the below image I have uploaded a json schema file to the Specific Data JSON Schema field,

Check the below attachment of Json schema format, do changes the field for that schema and use or your queues,

  1. Refresh Data:
  • Refresh data in UiPath Apps to ensure it’s up-to-date.
  1. Check Permissions:
  • Confirm your UiPath Apps account has the right permissions.
  1. Log Out and In:
  • Log out and log in again to refresh data.
  1. Verify Orchestrator:
  • Check Orchestrator to ensure queues are in the correct folder.
  1. Clear Browser Cache:
  • Clear browser cache and cookies.
