Cannot add queue item using UiPath Apps - Public App

Hi all,

I have created a UiPath App and made it public accessible. As part of testing, the app is accessible to external users but while submitting the form I’m getting below mentioned error:

I have looked at your error message and I am able to reproduce it. Please follow the below steps to fix it.

  1. Please proceed to your rented property
    2.To access roles, first select “Manage Access” and then click on “Roles.”
  2. Create Two Role, Add Tenant Level and Add Folder Level

  3. I have created one for Tenant Level role as below

    5.I have created Folder Level Role as below
  4. Now I have assigned the role on Folder in orchestrator as below

    7.Go to Folder → Setting → Assign Account/Group
    8.Select your external App name into Account. Group or external App and assign the unattended folder level role
  5. Launch your public app and try now.

Hi Anil,

I have used your approach, but it did not work. Instead of creating new role I gave UiPath app role of folder administrator. I am able to add the data in queue.

Please check queue permission on role and see it.
