Unable to access Academy

Hi,

I am trying to start some of the courses offered but I can’t sign in to my account. I registered and got the confirmation email but it keeps saying that my credentials are wrong. I have changed my password twice and it is still not working. My caps lock is not on and I am verify that the password is correct each time I type it. Can you offer any suggestions?
