Hi,
I am required to upgrade our on-prem Orchestrator instance from 2019.10 to 2121.4 and need UiPathOrchestrator.msi to do so. The downloads site only contains https://download.uipath.com/uipathorchestrator.zip which appears to be a zip of the Orchestrator web app. Is this supposed to be used in place of the .msi? If not, where can I find the .msi?
For this you need to login to the orchestrator you can see the download option click on it and install it.
For this
We are an existing customer currently running version 2018.2 of Orchestrator, Studio and Robot, and are looking to upgrade to 2019.x shortly.
I assume we do not have to download the Community editions, correct? How do we go about downloading the new Windows installers? I attempted to go to the download URL that was used for this purpose a year ago, and that link is no longer valid.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience… thank you!

Hi Nani.
I am not sure why you have given two different answers to one question.
There is no download link inside on-prem Orchestrator that I can see. Do you mean somewhere else by ‘login to the Orchestrator’?
There is nothing useful at the post you linked and it is well out of date.
Please tell me exactly where to download the 21.4 Orchestrator MSI and actually confirm it yourself before answering.

Hi @Craig1
The best way would probably be via the Customer Portal :
Under Knowledge → Download Products
As per this announcement, you might need to contact UiPath first to gain access:
We’re happy to announce that the UiPath Customer Portal has started onboarding for UiPath Enterprise customers!
Customer Portal is a self-service portal for organizations to access UiPath products and platform-related information, and interact with UiPath teams. It’s designed to give UiPath customers all the required support via a single, modern experience, to help accelerate their automation journey.

Onboarding will be invitation-based and is split into 3 waves over the next …
Alternatively, you are free to contact our technical support for the download link via this form:

To add on to @loginerror information, you can see one of my other posts from earlier in this month that has a couple additional options depending on what you are looking for.
To expand on @sonaliaggarwal47 answer.
Log into https://customerportal.uipath.com/
Click Knowledge > Download Products
Find your product/version and expand the Product Accordion
Click download for your specific patch version

As @Yoichi mentioned, the download path follows a pattern to fetch the latest release or a specific version / build. Typically providing the links is discouraged on the forums as UiPath wants users to download from the various portals, depending on what you are …

Customer portal registration doesn’t work: WE’RE SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN ATTEMPTING TO SIGN UP.
Reach out to your CSM/Sales Contact, they may still be in invitation only mode still.
If your not sure who your contacts are for your organization can open a case with support @loginerror linked above and you can ask for the download url at the same time.

If you feel like all of these are taking time, you can construct the download url by yourself.
Check the release notes to find out what’s the latest version available
https://docs.uipath.com/orchestrator/docs/release-notes-2021-4-3
Construct the URL as below:
https://download.uipath.com/versions/{version_no}/UiPathOrchestrator.msi
Current version available is 21.4.3, so you can try the below URL for msi file.
https://download.uipath.com/versions/21.4.3/UiPathOrchestrator.msi
