UiPath.Web.Activities not coming in Community Edition 2019.10.1 verision

I am working on UiPath Community Edition and was using Deserialize XML Activity by installing UIPath.Web.Activity.
But due to some reason I has to uninstall UiPath Studio, and when I Installed it back, I am getting missing activity error for Deserialize Activity and I am not able to find UiPath.Web.Activity in Package Manager.

Can anyone please help how to resolve this as I am stuck now as package is not available , and I am not able to find the Deserialize activity as well.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks. Was really in need of help.
In Package Manager-> Settings, I selected Official and then Web API Activites Package came.
