UiPath Test Manager Connect

Hello everyone. I downloaded the UiPath Test Manager Connect von Planview from the https://customerportal.uipath.com/.
I have installed Java JDK and set it locally in the environment variable. When I try to run the files locally, I get this error message:

When I open the page in the browser(http://localhost:8080/) I get this message:

Can someone please help me how to fix this error message?

try https://localhost:8080/

change http to https

Thank you very much for the feedback. I get this message when I try to use HPPS:
Fehlercode: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
