Hi,

what is the day to day activities of support engineer and where the log files would be available for every process?

Could you please explain in detailed way.

Might not be same everywhere but most of it would include but not limited to the following

1. Monitor the daily jobs
2. Raise/Fix any issues for the bots
3. Perform enhancements and migration activities
4. Maintain the Robot machines on a weekly basis mostly
5. If using any ticketing system then close them as needed

Hi @Pavan_kumar15

From your Studio you can use Ctrl+L shortcut key which will take you to log folder.

Or in the Debug Panel, you have a option Open Logs. Click on that it will take you the folder where the logs are stored.
