UiPath Studio licensing problem

Installer(.exe or .msi):

  • UiPathStudioSetup.exe

License type(Free, Trial/License code):

  • Free

Studio/Robot version:

2019.2.0

Current behavior:

After initializing UiPath Studio asks for registration. I select Activate Community Edition and get the warning that “There was an error trying to reach the activation server.”.

I have tried:

  • Uninstall/Install;
  • Turn firewall off;
  • Another windows user;
  • Clean my DNS and TCP/IP;
  • Update .net Framework;
  • Delete licensing files;

Hi @fabiocardoso,

Did you entered your email id and device ID before clicking activate button?

If not please give and try again
