Your Mission:

We are excited to continue building our new development centre in Israel and we’re seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Data and Analytics team, role focused on back-end development, data platform and pipelines and process discovery.

What you’ll do at UiPath?

• Propel major technology initiatives: You will be in the driver’s seat for innovating, designing
and delivering business critical technology.
• Team guidance and mentorship: Support and accelerate the team to deliver on large-scale
business goals.
• Work directly with Product, our customers and our users: Understand the business context
for the work the team does and ensure that we are meeting our customers’ needs.
• Discovery and automation in real life: Data and ML are at the forefront of the next wave of
RPA and our team is at the center of this innovation. Delivering this requires versatile, yet
opinionated technology - which require versatile, but opinionated engineers.
• Complex data platform design and engineering: To build the future of automation we need to
solve the meta-problem: how do we architect our software to unlock our data’s value across
multiple domains.
• Team growth: Participate in hiring and attracting top industry talent.

What you’ll bring to the team?

• Strong industry experience: 5+ years of software industry experience, including technical
leadership.
• CS fundamentals: You have earned at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer
Science Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Complex architectures: You’ve designed, implemented, and maintained platforms, engines, or
frameworks that others have consumed. You’ve delivered APIs consumed by modern web
applications, and you understand the complexities and nuances microservices and
databases.
• Cloud experience: you have deep experience deploying apps and services to the cloud
(Azure or otherwise) and maintaining and evolving them.
• Enterprise data: You’ve grappled with the inherent challenges of large scale data: security,
privacy, anonymization, scalability, tenancy, and replication
• Modern backend expertise: You’ve built backend services and systems with languages like
C#, Python, Rust, or Go, and you understand the complexities and nuances of CRUD, Graph
API, and microservices.
• Large scale delivery: It’s hard building software, but even harder to maintain it, evolve it and
keep it healthy. You’ve actively supported and evolved high uptime, high usage software.
