Uipath Robot is not working in unattended mode ,but working fine in attended mode

Hi,
When we are trying to run the bot from orchestrator with VDI locked, it is showing Timeout reached error.But it is working fine when we run it from VDI.We have also checked the resolution which looks fine.
Kindly let us know if we are missing anything.

You should not lock it

Signout (not logout)and then start the bot …so that bot sign in…

Locked it cant work

Also is bot installed in service mode?

We tried signing out as well. It did not work
Bot is installed in user mode

To run a bot from orchestrator the bot shpuld be installed in service mode
