Hi team

While trying to sign in to from UiPath assistant robot error is occurring please assist here

Try login using Machine key from Machine template in Orchestrator.

Tried that also ,it didn’t work

Hi @Mopur_Kishore1

Login to Orchestrator, delete the existing machine template and recreate it. Then copy the machine key try to login with the new Machine key.

If not works, Might be you are using the On premises orchestrator some of are secured you have to connect to the VPN to login to the UiPath assitant.

Ok, then I feel it’s your network firewall. It’s restricting the connection with orchestrator.

Check with your network administrator or system administrator team if these endpoints are whitelisted. At least get cloud.uipath.com whitelisted.
