What you’ll do at UiPath?

• As a hands-on Principal Software Engineer, you will drive architectural decisions to solve
large and complex enterprise business problems at scale.
• You will lead the analysis of complex technical issues and technology choices,
communicate them with the team and stakeholders to drive consensus. You will directly
design, engineer, and review the most important areas of the product (cloud services,
components) by closely working with product managers.
• You will be accountable for the software deliverables to meet all requirements of quality,
security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, testability.
• You will also be responsible for driving the cloud services operation, and make sure they
perform within the expected parameters.
• You will help hire and recruit technical talent, and ensure our technical deliverables meet
the expectations.
• You will help establish effective and agile engineering practices across our engineering
teams.

What you’ll bring to the team?

• Proven track record (7+ years’ experience) of architecting and hands-on engineering world-
class, large scale, commercial and enterprise applications and services in cloud
• Exceptional design, coding, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages (such as C#/C++/Java) backed by
solid computer science fundamentals
• Good knowledge of the cloud ecosystem and experience with one or more of the large
cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Good grasp of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous and cloud programming
• Good understanding of data structures & algorithms
• Experienced with service-oriented architecture and cloud services development
• Understanding of DevOps and continuous deployment and modern engineering practices
• Effective teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams
