Uipath orchestrator job

uipath orchestratorでジョブを複数実行しても、保留にならず失敗します。
uipath robot から uipath assistantにアップデートされてからです。
なにか設定が変わったのでしょうか？
ライセンスはuipath community editionです。

２つめのジョブを投入すると、下記エラーになります。

通常は、保留中となり、１つめのジョブが終わった後に、
２つめのジョブが実行されると思うのですが。。。
ジョブは特定のロボットで開始しています。
動的に割り当ても試してみましたが、１つめのジョブが終わったあとも、２つ目以降のジョブが永遠に保留中になり、実行されない状況です。
非常に困っています。なにか方法はありますか？
