UiPath Orchestrator Cloud (Saas) - what license

Dear friends,

My organization is considering deployment options for UiPath and I have to explain different ways of deployment.
Can someone please explain if I register an Organization to UiPath Orchestrator Cloud do I need to get a separate license for Orchestrator, or do we get it “free” of charge in the sense that Unattended Flex licenses are more expensive than Unattended Concurrent licenses (as in the version with On-Prem deployment?)
Please help me understand this (contacting a UiPath rep is not an option right now)
