@Ritaman_Baral Its not a good idea to use excel in multi bot… But what you can do is to create a locking system and only one bot use it and other bots wait till this bots makes it free Fot that you can use a locking like below Add and asset lock and give initial values as NA Use a get asset and check if it is NA then use set asset to set the value of asset to environment.username… Then use get asset again and check if the value is environment.username or not… If yes then lock is acquired…

• providing an excel at e.g. a shared drive to all bots and letting them use it with the Excel App related activities will fail
• providing an online Excel to all bots and let it consume as we can do (more people are working in parallel within this file) has a chance to get it work

One advice:

Ask yourself if Excel is really, the best choice. If also people interact with the Excel file at the same time, it can fail. Ask yourself: "What is the aim of the Excel file?

One idea would be to write the data into the data service or a data warehouse. And then export the data to Excel for the end users on a regular basis. Or even getting rid of the Excel file by displaying the data in UiPath Apps or a BI-Tool.
