We are trying to automate Knowledge activities from service now using UiPath and unable to find the Activity to create Knowledge activities
Do we need to install any other plugins to create Knowledge activities
Nope, not every type of thing in ServiceNow has its own ‘activity’, for most you need to go through the ‘advanced’ ones, select the record type you want to interact with and use them.
This is assuming ‘Knowledge activities’ are a table in Service Now you can work with.
