Are Queues and Jobs Data will not be visible in UiPath Insights if it lapse the Retention period, as I see the maximum retention I can set is 180 days

Yes, that is correct. Queues and jobs data will not be visible in UiPath Insights if it lapses the retention period. The maximum retention period for queues and jobs data is 180 days.

If you need to keep your queues and jobs data for longer than 180 days, you can export the data to a database or other storage location.

The data retention policy for UiPath Insights is different from the data retention policy for queues and jobs in UiPath Orchestrator. The default data retention policy for UiPath Insights is 2 years, while the default data retention policy for queues and jobs in UiPath Orchestrator is 30 days.

You can extend the data retention policy for queues and jobs in UiPath Orchestrator to up to 180 days. However, you cannot extend the data retention policy for UiPath Insights beyond 2 years.
