UiPath Download error

Scenario: UiPath Download error (Access denied)

Steps to reproduce: 1. Click on “Download UiPath Studio” button in “welcome to your RPA journey. Download UiPath Studio.” email.

Current Behavior: After clicking on button the page opens with an error: Access Denied

You don’t have permission to access “” on this server.

and downloading does not start

Expected Behavior: After clicking on button, the web page opens and UiPath Studio package starts to download

On that, Fill your details and click-> Request Community Edition

It will automatically download the UiPath Community Edition Software

Access Denied means your system or browser will not accept this webpage,
I think admin will block this Webpage…
Are you working in IT Company…???

No, I tried to download on my own laptop and had the same issue

Actually not, the link above is correct, but for some folks it fails for some not for no obvious reason.

But for some reason when I try to reach the download link provided via e-mail (or directly pressing
link HERE) I have all the time the same result

I am trying to download Community Edition.
Would be fine to forward this issue to UiPath support. But they say they will not answer request
regarding Community Edition.

Hello!

I wasn’t able to reproduce, but I’ve raised this error to my colleagues. They are investigating and will keep you updated.

Does this also happen after you’ve requested the CE on UiPath website and click the button provided in the email?

Yes, the UiPathStudioSetup.exe file is downloaded without problems from UiPathStudioSetup.exe

@ovi I think the access is blocked for Ukrainian IP-address range. Please check it.

I have found the solution. Actually the idea was not mine but anyway I will share it with the community. I was able to download using Opera VPN. Definitely Ukraine is not welcomed on the UiPath.
