Hello, I want to open a ticket to those concerned about UiPath, for this I need to know the device id, but I could not reach the device id information with the information I followed from the forums.

Can you share why device-id is necessary?
regutil.exe is old utility command and it’s already obsoleted.
And current named license doesn’t seem to use device-id.

What kind of ticket are you entering? That might be part of the issue that you are selecting a niche one that refers to a specific device?
hi, we are submitting a request to the UiPath support team due to a problem we are experiencing in renewing the license. When filling in the information, device ID information is requested.
That doesn’t help, we need to see the categories you are selecting, if the form has a dynamic layout its based on the selections you make and you might not be making the correct choices.

I am able to navigate to the same ticket submission page and also see it. I am not sure what device that refers to since you have no relevant device when talking about licence renewal and it generally isn’t appropriate or useful for them to record the ID of your PC.
I think its a mistake. Try just adding 1234?
