All the update/security patches and information are sending to relevent persons’s emails who registered the the UIPATH license registration process in your organization
When there was something critical I have seen two methods of communication… an email notice explaining the what and the why or our CSM reaching out to us directly via email/phone or during one of our regular regular cadence.
The most recent one was to inform us of the up coming changes to the licensing mechanism and information about what versions of the products would be affected and which ones will be receiving patches.
Another scenario was from the Engineering support team, when they had fixed an issue we reported with Windows Authentication which was fixed in a recent patch 19.10.18.
