We are migrating from 2019.10 to 20.4.3 and we are encountering lots of SQL connectivity issues. We have a multinode architecture and the same was working fine with 2019.10.

Can anyone please confirm if you have encountered similar issues and if there are any known issues in 20.4.3? Would 20.4.2 be a better option?

That would be the fastest way to sort out the issue in the context of an enterprise installation.
