I couldn’t access the "AI center " disabled or not setup in UiPath Automation Cloud left panel dropdown. Any help will be appreciated.

You need to add or enable the AI Center service from the Admin page under the tenant, and then under Services.
If you are trying to start, I suggest using IXP, as UiPath has announced the gradual deprecation of out-of-the-box ML packages. Document Understanding is not affected.

- If you are on community then AI center might not be there under services
- If available then from admin → tenant → Services → Enable AI Center
- Also use of AI center has been reduced and Document Understanding and IXP are now the ways to use
- IXP contains all Document Understanding, Comms Mining and Unstructured Documents as well
- If any other model is needed then better to use the related activities or Gen AI Activities
