Am getting head line "Some features have been disabled because AI Center is not enabled" during Document understanding in Cloud.

Description

When am trying to create Document Understanding workflow am getting an headline like “Some features have been disabled because AI Center is not enabled” can any one please help me to solve this one.

go to admin → services → Enable ai center there

Your DU workflow needs AI Center features, but AI Center is not enabled in your Cloud account. Enable it from Admin settings or upgrade the license.

Enable AI Center (if available)

Go to:
Automation Cloud → Admin → Tenants → Services → Add Services

  • Select AI Center
  • Add it to your tenant

If AI Center is NOT available

You cannot use ML Extractor, Classification, or Intelligent Form Extractor from cloud.

You can still use:

  • Regex Extractor
  • Form Extractor
  • Keyword Extractor
  • Template-based DU
