AI Center missing in our Enterprise Edition. Any idea why I can not find it?

Do you have ai center license first?

If yes go to admin page → tenant and add or actovate the service to display it

This is what I have when I got to Tenant → services. If I click add services on the top right I have only “Task Mining” as an option.

It means AI Center is not enabled for the Tenant. Check with your Orchestrator admin.

I am Orchestrator Admin myself and I do not see anything like “AI Center” in order to activate it.

Ok then navigate to Admin -->your Organization → Settings → Advance and then enable AI Center from here.

I just checked this and seems like its already on “Show”. What I did, I changed it to “Hide” and then back to “Show”, but I am still unable to see it.

Add services should look like this, if AI Center isn’t there and isnt an existing service then perhaps its unavailable on your licence, do you have AI units?

You can also try making a new tenant to test if there is a bug on your existing one.
