Hi Everyone,
I was encountering some problem with my UiPath Assistant, after I Publish my project and try to install it through UiPath Assistant, after downloading packages which take a long time, it’s always says “Timeout” error, I try to fix it but to no avail, is there any solutions ?
Thank you,
Sorry for the late reply,
I think the solution is for local process and attended, meanwhile my process is on a Production Server and using unattended, is it still possible to use the above solution ?
Thank you,
Hi @Christopher_Budiono
If your process is unattended, you don’t need to do any installation from assistant there.
When you run your process from orchestrator, it will automatically install packages during first run.

Hi @sonaliaggarwal47
Yes, it is installing the packages by itself from the UiPath Assistant, but I’m having trouble with the Timeout error.
Hi @Christopher_Budiono
Can you please show screenshot from orchestrator logs?
you are running this process from orchestrator, right?
@Christopher_Budiono Could you please check the dependencies used in your project? There is a possibility that UiPath has removed some versions of the dependencies, which is why you are facing an error while installing the package on the Robot machine. On your local machine, it is working fine because the dependencies are already downloaded there.

Hi, Sonali
Not yet, I was still trying to install my process through the UiPath Assistant
Below are the dependencies that I’m using for my process, also a note I dont know why when it was trying to download the packages from Assistant, its listed alot of other packages that I’m not using

Also this is the UiPath.config
Hi @Christopher_Budiono
Thanks for confirming.
Could you please run your process from orchestrator instead and see what happens?
You don’t need to explicitly install packages from assistant for unattended processes, it will automatically do so during the first run.
Ok I will try it tomorrow Monday, because my office is already closed and I need direct connection to access it, I will email you again when I have the result.
Thank you for helping me

@Christopher_Budiono I would recommend creating a support ticket for this issue rather than spending too much time troubleshooting it yourself, as this seems to be an unusual error.
Please update us here once you got the resolution.
Yes I have already make a ticket before creating the topic in forum, but I think the agent doesnt understand my problem, so my friends suggest creating a topic in forum for any tips
Maybe I’ll try make a ticket again with more detailed description

HI @Christopher_Budiono
Could you please try again to install the package.
And then look in the event viewer, please check or any error log or warning log from UiPath and share the details if you find anything.
Uploaded the picture to help you checking the same.
Alright, I’ll try it tomorrow monday, I will email you the result
