UiPath application suddenly went missing from my computer

So i was running 3 different xaml files in the studio, i was running one and suddenly all 3 of those studio dissapeared from my taskbar. I also noticed that the shortcut in the desktop also went missing and after checking the app and feature from control panel and installation folder and yup the application is completely gone from my pc.

When I try to reinstall the studio it just stuck here, doing nothing

Sounds like a rogue virus scanner tried to clean some stuff up, or your IT admin.
