UiPath Academy Videos not playing

The videos on The UiPath Academy are not playing and constantly stopping in between. Please help.

Please clear all cookies and catch and restart browser and run the video.

Hi everyone,

I face the same issue and have tried it with Chrome and Edge Browser. Even cleared the cookies and retried it. I even tried it with different networks (home, hotspot of mobile phone and work).
Unfortunately I can’t send out a ticket to the support either…Everytime I try to send my request it says “Error in creating case”.

Hope that someone can help me.
