UiPath Academy Videos Not Loading

I am currently learning the Automation Developer course and for some reason, none of the videos are loading.
I’ve been relying on the vide transcript which is kinda tough to follow along. Below is a snip of the error that I receive even when trying to report the problem using the inbuilt report a problem feature in the video.

Please assist in fixing the problem as I really want to learn this course but the issue is demotivating.

Hi,

Please try the following if you haven’t done so already:

  • Clear cache and cookies.
  • Use a different browser.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Disable browser extensions.
  • Check if you are connected to a VPN or sth.
  • Use Incognito/Private Browsing mode.

If none of these work, I think you can contact UiPath Academy support directly.

Hi Kardelen,

Thank you for your response which was very helpful.

I had the disconnect.me extension and it was the one causing the problem.

Removed the extension and the videos now work correctly.
